[Avionics Today 09-22-2015] SoCal Jets has finalized a pair of new dealership agreements with Universal Avionics and TrueNorth Avionics. As part of the Universal Avionics authorized dealer network, SoCal Jets will serve as a value-added reseller of all Universal Avionics product families, with the ability to access incentive programs, promotions and work with Universal’s customer and product support organization. As a TrueNorth Avionics authorized dealer, SoCal Jets will serve as a reseller of the Canadian company’s family of In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) products, Simphone OpenCabin.
In addition to these new partnerships, SoCal Jets is also a dealer for Gogo Business Aviation, Alto Aviation, Avidyne, Flight Display Systems and FreeFlight. The company is also ramping up to support operators in order to comply with the avionics industry’s Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) and Future Air Navigation System (FANS) mandates.
