How do I register?

How much does it cost to attend and what does it include?
The registration prices are listed on the pricing page. Registration includes access to all sessions, plus continental breakfast, lunch, break beverages/snacks, receptions, and access to most speaker videos/presentations.

VIP Code Policy
VIP codes cannot be combined with additional discounts. VIP codes are not applicable on previously invoiced registrations.

Group Rates
When two-four people register in a group, each additional person will receive 15% off the cost of registration by using code GROUP when registering online. If you are interested in sending five or more people to the Summit, contact Beth Wagner at [email protected] to get information on reduced registrations for your group.

Press Registration
The Summit provides members of the press with exclusive access to experts, leaders and executives speaking at the event. To qualify for press credentials, you must: Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized or industry-relevant media outlet, or hold an editorial title. To register for press credentials, or for media-related questions, please contact Beth Wagner at [email protected].

Airline Attendees Registration
Employees of commercial, business and cargo airlines. In order to qualify for this free registration, you must register with a valid company airline email address. If you register using your personal email address, your registration will automatically be cancelled.

Government Attendees Registration
Employees of U.S. Federal and State employees, active military, and employees of government agencies and departments are eligible to attend the conference at a discounted rate. *In order to qualify for the discounted registration, you must register with a valid U.S. Government email, not a personal email address. Appropriate emails include one’s ending in .mil or .gov.

Attendance Policy
Only registered 2023 Connected Aviation Summit attendees will be allowed into the conference sessions, events, and expo hall. Complimentary attendance to the Summit is reserved for employees of commercial, business jet, and cargo airlines. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers not listed as a sponsoring company will be required to register as a non-airline attendee. Special government rates are available to those that qualify. We reserve the right to determine if registrants meet the criteria for special discounts.

Substitution Policy
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2023 Connected Aviation Summit; however, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made be made in writing by the original registrant to [email protected].

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is July 31, 2023. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward the 2024 Connected Aviation Summit or you can trasfer the registration to another individual. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to our Customer Service team at [email protected] prior to September 1, 2023. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants.
