Dan Parsons is the managing editor for Avionics International. He is an aerospace and defense writer and editor living in New Bern, N.C. Originally a newspaperman, he has covered military technology, policy and aviation from Washington, D.C., and elsewhere for more than a decade.
A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Frank graduated Williams College with a degree in history and Russian studies in 1989.
