[Avionics Magazine 01-03-2017] U.K.-based aviation support and aftermarket services provider BBA Aviation PLC has announced it will be merging with Gama Aviation’s U.S.-based aircraft management business. The combined entity will manage a fleet of 200 business jets to become one of the world’s largest aircraft management companies.

“We are delighted to announce this exciting deal and to be teaming up with BBA Aviation in the US. The enlarged business creates a market leader and an unrivalled platform for growing our market share of this massive business aviation market.  This combination diversifies our customer base and extends our network coverage nationally whilst simplifying the financial arrangement with our US partners,” Marwan Khalek, chief executive of Game Aviation said of the announcement.
