[Avionics Today 05-25-2016] Transdigm Group has entered into a definitive agreement with private equity firm Behrman Capital to acquire Data Device Corporation (DDC), a company that provides connectivity, power, and motion control solutions for aerospace applications. The transaction is valued at $1 billion.
Behrman expects to complete the transaction before the end of the second quarter of 2016.
