The two companies signed an original purchase agreement for 50 firm Phenom 300  orders and 75 options, in October 2010.  The total value of the deal is valued at more than $1 billion, if all options are exercised. Embraer has since delivered 40 Signature Series Phenom 300 business jets to NetJets, which operate in the company’s fleet, with fractional owners in the U.S. and Europe.

“The Phenom 300 is the best-selling aircraft in our fleet, and as we accept delivery of our 40th jet, we look forward to continue to bring them into our fleet,” said Chuck Suma, senior vice president of global asset management at NetJets.
