[Avionics Today 12-30-2014] Singapore Technologies Engineering announced that Visiontech Investment, a wholly owned subsidiary of the global Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) company Singapore Technologies Aerospace, has been struck off from the register of companies. Visiontech Investment was incorporated into the aerospace arm ST in 1990 and has been a dormant company since 2008.

According to a statement released by ST Aerospace, the striking off of Visiontech Investment is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
