Rockwell Collins Expands Pro Line 21 for Bombardier Jets

Rockwell Collins on Monday announced a series of upgrades for its Pro Line 21 avionics system on Bombardier Challenger 300 and 350 business jets.

The upgrades include the addition of Required Navigation Performance Authorization Required (RNP AR 0.3), Synthetic Vision System (SNS) and Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B Out) capabilities. 
 

“This is the most capable Pro Line 21 avionics upgrade available, made possible by its flexible architecture,” said Greg Irmen, vice president and general manager, business and regional systems for Rockwell Collins. “The unique missions and range of the Challenger 350 aircraft call for high-value capabilities that are now being implemented to Pro Line 21’s already robust feature set.”
