Industry Leader in Human-to-Machine Interface Solutions

Staco Systems is the preeminent provider of dependable, high-precision Human-to-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions that assure the performance and protection of high-value, mission-critical assets and personnel. For more than 50 years, Staco Systems has been designing and manufacturing LED pushbutton switches and control solutions for aerospace, avionics and defense applications. Recognizing emerging market needs, Staco Systems recently developed a new, ultra-compact four-pole LED illuminated legend switch. In addition, Staco Systems continues to achieve success with its custom sub-systems business division.

Staco Systems’ newest product, the S200 ultra-compact switch, is a one-, two- or four-pole display optical switch with durable, cool-to-the-touch LED lighting (applicable to all standard, NVIS and custom lighting/legend options). The S200 is the lightest weight and has the shortest behind-panel depth of any switch on the market. Its crisp legend presentation provides excellent readability in the harshest of viewing environments and its generous 0.560-inch square display area provides for wider viewing angles, assuring improved readability in cross-cockpit viewing conditions. Available in all MIL-PRF-22885 and MIL-STD-3009 display formats and colors, the switch's modular optical design allows easy customization of the display lighting (display style, color and brightness) to meet any user application.

To respond effectively to changing market dynamics and maintain a competitive edge, Staco Systems added full sub-assembly capabilities to its product portfolio in 2009. This new division has achieved tremendous success, winning contracts in domestic and foreign markets. Adding value through custom design and build-to-print services, Staco Systems is able to transform any unique customer need into a world-class product for any application, while ensuring a strong commitment to quality, performance and on-time delivery.

Substantial growth in the last two years, in conjunction with burgeoning customer demand for Staco Systems' products, necessitated an expansion of capacity. Staco Systems has relocated its offices to a state-of-the-art facility equipped with an in-house, NVIS-certified lighting design and qualification lab located near the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, Calif. The new corporate office provides greater operations and manufacturing space to meet expanding customer demands in manufacturing and product availability, while continuing Staco Systems’ active pursuit of new technology and leading-edge solutions to meet the rapid pace of product development that today’s marketplace demands.

Serving leading companies in the aerospace and defense markets, such as General Dynamics, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, L3 Communications and Boeing, requires achieving and maintaining difficult-to-earn AS9100B, ISO 9001:2000, Mil-spec and FAA certifications. Staco recognizes the importance of demonstrating the ability to develop timely solutions to meet the world’s most exacting quality standards.

In addition to regulatory and industry certifications, Staco Systems’ longtime market presence reassures its customers in its stability and reliability. More than 50 years of experience, across the most technologically demanding verticals, translates into tangible and intangible benefits that add value to every product made.

Staco Systems also places the utmost value on customer communication. Teams respond quickly and efficiently to all inquiries, including providing project quotes in two days or less. Staco Systems’ ability to rapidly deliver high-quality, off-the shelf and fully customized solutions allows Staco to give its customers a competitive advantage.

Staco Systems’ responsiveness guarantee and rich history, with a proven blend of experience, technical knowledge, certification and commitment, give its customers the confidence to integrate its HMI solutions into their most complex mission-critical applications.
