[Avionics Today 06-06-2016] Cobham recently received a series of orders from an unnamed defense firm for Radio Frequency (RF) microelectronics and antenna assemblies that support an airborne Electronic Warfare (EW) program valued at approximately $18 million. The work will be performed by the Lansdale, Pennsylvania, San Jose and San Diego, California locations of the Cobham Advanced Electronics Solutions sector.

"Our microelectronic components and assemblies enable EW system sensitivity while our strong antenna expertise helps the warfighter communicate, maintain situational awareness, and stay safe," said Jill Kale, president of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions.
