Juneyao Airlines A320 Fleet Equips with Thales Avionics Suite

[Avionics Today 12-10-2015] Juneyao Airlines, a regional airline in China operating out of Shanghai, has selected Thales’ avionics suite for its new Airbus A320 family fleet.

Under the terms of the contract, Thales will equip 17 Airbus single aisle aircraft with the Thales Flight Management System (FMS), as well as the Thales Aviation Communication and Surveillance System (ACSS) T3CAS surveillance platform2. The new fleet will also feature the Low Range Radio Altimeter (LRRA) and Emergency Location Transmitters (ELT).



Juneyao’s existing fleet is already flying with the performance-based Terrain Awareness Warning System (TAWS), T3CAS, as well as the Airbus Enhanced Air Traffic Surveillance (ATSAAIRB).
