[Avionics Today 11-11-2015] Bombardier Business Aircraft is now authorized to perform programming, annual inspections, and battery replacement operations of Artex equipment manufactured by ACR Electronics, joining its Singapore facility, which received authorization last year. This authorization applies to all Bombardier Learjet, Challenger, and Global aircraft and bolsters Bombardier’s ability to service all aspects of the aircraft at its service centers.

ACR Electronics designs and manufactures a complete line of safety and survival products, including Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRBs), Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs), Artex Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELTs), and Search and Rescue Transponders (SARTs), among others. ACR maintains FAA Part 145 repair station certification status.
