[Avionics Today 09-09-2015] Thales has appointed Christoph Hoppe as the new CEO and chairman of the management board for Thales in Germany. Hoppe, who has a PHD in political science, joins Thales from aviation supplier Premium Aerotec, where he held the same function since September 2013.
Previously, Christoph Hoppe has held various leadership positions within European Aeronautic Defence and Space company (EADS)/Airbus as well as Cassidian and former Airbus subsidiaries, Aircabin in Laupheim.
