Modules with a difference
AIM’s family of intelligent interface cards and Ethernet based products are based on a ‘Common Core’ hardware design. This design easily propagates to the current and future databuses, networks & host computer formats and trends. To support the diverse choice of operating systems, AIM includes driver software for the most popular ones including Windows, Linux, LabVIEW/VI, LabVIEW RT and VxWorks. Our BSP (Board Software Package) is loaded with goodies including sample code and all the necessary drivers, hence exceptional value for money.
PBA.pro Databus Test & Analysis Software
Our optional PBA.pro Databus Test & Analysis software has become the world-wide Industry standard. Designed with a unique and scalable component based design, it gives our clients the flexibility to work with any AIM interface module and software components to test avionics boxes or aircraft for basic protocol testing right up to an avionics test bench or on aircraft bus analyzers. Test script packages are also available to work in harmony with the PBA.pro supporting MIL-STD-1553 industry standard SAE AS4112/4111 Test Plans as well as ARINC664P7 compliance testing for End Systems and Switches.
System Solutions
AIM’s system group provides customized solutions and AGE (Aircraft Ground Equipment) which take full advantage of the scalable and customizable PBA.pro software as the baseline. AIM’s avionics modules plus 3rd party interfaces coupled with Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) equipment provides a solid set of building blocks to create custom system solution or AGE quickly and efficiently.
