Airbus confirmed a new Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) as standard for its A320 family aircraft at the Paris Air Show on Wednesday,
the T3CAS system from ACSS.

ACSS, a joint venture between Thales and L-3 Communications, has equipped its T3CAS system with ADS-B In and Out capabilities. The ADS-B In and Out functions are integrated into a single line replaceable unit (LRU) on the system.

Airbus has not confirmed when the system will become standard on new production A320 family aircraft.
