Aruba Selects Thales TopSky ATM System

Aruba will deploy the Thales TopSky Air Traffic Management system for the Orangestaadt “Queen Beatrix International” Airport, Thales said Friday. The company announced the TopSky rebranding at last week’s ATC Global conference in Amsterdam.

TopSky, which is compatible with all types of modern sensors, allows the Civil Aviation Department in Aruba to assure tighter control over the flight zone that they supervise. The system is set to be operational this summer, according to Thales. More
