Boeing on Tuesday broke ground on a new facility it will lease in Oklahoma City. The six-story, 320,000-square-foot building will be home to the Boeing B-1 bomber program and C-130 Avionics Modernization Program, which are transitioning to Oklahoma.

"Today’s groundbreaking was born out of our need to be competitive, to affordably deliver these programs for our customers and enable future growth, and to continue to serve the warfighters we are so honored to support," said Dennis Muilenburg, president and CEO of Boeing Defense, Space & Security.
