Era, of Fairfax, Va., will deploy a surface multilateration and ADS-B surveillance solution at the Sochi Airport in Russia, the company announced Thursday.
Era’s systems provided include its multilateration solution provides higher accuracy, faster update rates, better coverage and improved reliability when compared to conventional radar, at a much lower initial cost and with lower annual maintenance and support costs. Domodedovo International Airport in Moscow also uses Era’s systems.
