ARINC, Annapolis, Md., on Monday named Stephen L. Waechter vice president of business operations and chief financial officer. Waechter was most recently chief financial officer, treasurer and executive vice president at CACI International Inc. of Arlington, Va. Before that, he was CFO for a number of high-technology companies including Government Technology Services, Inc. and Applied Bioscience International. "[Waechter] has an extensive background in financial analysis and acquisitions, and his experience with Government and Department of Defense customers has prepared him well for a significant role in ARINC’s future.
