BAE Systems: New Officials

Jeffrey Cook recently was named vice president and chief technology officer for the Information & Electronic Systems Integration (IESI) sector of BAE Systems North America. He joined BAE Systems in 2002 as IESI’s director for research and development. Meanwhile, Tom Arseneault has been named vice president of BAE Systems’ Information & Electronic Warfare Systems (IEWS) central engineering unit. Jeppesen: Bergmann Retires

After more than 40 years with the company, Horst Bergmann retires as chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Jeppesen. He joined the company’s German-based affiliate, Jeppesen & Co. GmbH, in 1963 after finishing business school and serving in the German Air Force as a navigator and flight operations officer. Bergmann was managing director of the affiliate for 10 years, beginning in 1977. He moved to Denver in 1988 upon being named Jeppesen’s president and CEO. Visit www.jeppesen.com.

Amphitech International Inc.: Costanzo, President
