Honeywell: Hultquist, VP Communications

Kyle Hultquist was appointed vice president of communications for Honeywell’s Aerospace Electronic Systems. He replaced Eldon Kramer, who retired after more than 30 years of service to the company. Eurocontrol: Aguado, Director General

After seven years as director general of Eurocontrol, Yves Lambert has retired and has been replaced by Victor M. Aguado. During Lambert’s tenure, the number of Eurocontrol member states increased from 15 to 30. Aguado, who assumed his new duties in January, was a previous president of the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO’s) Air Navigation Commission. See www.eurocontrol.be.
