FlightSafety Boeing:

Gaines, Hinton, New VPs FlightSafety Boeing (FSB) Training International LLC has appointed Pat Gaines as executive vice president at its headquarters in Seattle, and Capt. Paul Hinton as vice president-flight training and international operations. Gaines will oversee FSB training centers worldwide. He was previously vice president-corporate operations at FSB and has been with the Boeing Co. for 10 years. Banyan Air Service: Schooley, Manager

Mike Schooley recently joined Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Banyan Air Service to become avionics installation manager. He will oversee Banyan’s Avionics Division, which maintains and installs new and reconditioned aircraft radios, instruments and systems. Bombardier Aerospace: Crawford, Regional VP

Steve Crawford has been promoted at Bombardier Aerospace to regional vice president, technical services. He will remain at the Wichita, Kan., facility where he formerly was director of technical services, customer support. See www.aero.bombardier.com.

Intheairnet: Smith, VP-Engineering

Intheairnet announced that Larry Smith has joined its executive team as vice president of engineering. In this role, he will be responsible for the design and development of the company’s in-flight entertainment (IFE) products, which feature Internet and e-mail connectivity for use by commercial airline and corporate aircraft passengers. SITA: Young, General Manager

SITA has appointed Elizabeth Young general manager of Aircraft Services. She will be based in Washington, D.C., and oversee SITA’s communications activities related to flight operations and aircraft operations and navigation, as well as of passenger/cabin communications.
