Gaines, Hinton, New VPs FlightSafety Boeing (FSB) Training International LLC has appointed Pat Gaines as executive vice president at its headquarters in Seattle, and Capt. Intheairnet announced that Larry Smith has joined its executive team as vice president of engineering.
