FlightSafety Boeing Training International LLC has appointed Martin Williams as regional sales manager for the Europe/Africa/Middle East region. He is responsible for flight training sales activities. Before joining FSB, he spent six and a half years with BCFTL/Hughes/Raytheon/GECAT.

FlightSafety Boeing Training also has appointed Chris Johnson-Pasqua to assistant general manager at the Long Beach Training Hub and Martin Schaaf to assistant general manager at the Miami Training Hub. Sanders, a Lockheed Martin business, has named Mark L. Thum as its vice president of international business development, and Aaron Penkacik as its chief technical officer. Garrett Aviation Services promoted Rick Brainard to national avionics sales manager, leaving his former post as sales manager of ElectroSonics at Columbus, Ohio. His 17 years of experience in avionics sales includes positions at ElectroSonics, AlliedSignal and BFGoodrich.
