The L-3 GH-3900 Electronic Standby System (ESIS) has been certified by Beechcraft Corp. for its King Air C90 line of production turboprop aircraft, joining the King Air 250 and 350 models in Beechcraft’s offering of the GH-3900 ESIS.

The GH-3900 features a customizable layout that can be modified to fit a wide range of primary systems, L-3 said. Available hardware enhancements include non-ITAR Night Vision Goggles, as well as air data and heading input selections.

Beechcraft’s latest King Air C90 variant, the C90GTx, was first introduced in 2010.

"The rugged line of King Airs has been consistently updated to reflect state-of-the-art technology and L-3 is proud to be part of this ongoing evolution," said Ralph DeMarco, vice president of sales and marketing at L-3 Aviation.
