Norway-based VMETRO will acquire Micro Memory LLC, a privately held Chatsworth, Calif.-based provider of board-level products for streaming signal and image processing, real-time data acquisition, memory nodes and Enterprise Network Storage. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition, Oslo-based VMETRO said, improves VMETRO’s capabilities to serve existing defense and aerospace customers and further increases VMETRO’s market diversification.
