Luxell Technologies, a Canadian provider of ruggedized flat panel display systems, said CEO Alec Couckuyt resigned. No further details of the resignation were available. The company appointed David Pasieka as interim CEO. Pasieka will be at the helm while Luxell searches for a permanent CEO. Pasieka has more than 25 years of global experience with many of Canada’s leading technology companies, including Bell Canada, CNCP Telecommunications, Unitel, MetroNet Communications, AT&T Canada, 724 Solutions, Oasis Technology and eFunds International. Late last month, the company’s chief financial officer, Dean Ferraro, resigned after only six months on the job.
