Aviation Electronics Europe to Tackle Challenges in European Air Traffic, Airspace Management

Aviation Electronics Europe has put focus on combating challenges of Single European Sky and NextGen in its preliminary conference program, which was recently released. Slated for April in Munich, Germany, the event is set to offer training courses, workshops and networking opportunities as well as speakers and discussion.

The first half of this two-day event is expected to host topics including future avionics mandates, standards and certification, and challenges in connected aircraft. The day is also to include Applied DO-178C/ED-12C Avionics Software Certification training. On day two, topics are set to include data communications and cyber security, surveillance, and cockpit avionics functions and innovations. Applied DO-254 & ED-80 Avionics Hardware Certification training is set for the second day of the event.
