[Avionics Today 12-28-2015] Egyptair has signed a five-year contract with air transport communications provider, SITA, for the implementation, management and modernization of the airline’s entire communications network. The network will provide mission-critical connectivity to Egyptair’s headquarters and across more than global 190 sites and aims to ensure secure and reliable connectivity to help increase Egyptair’s operational efficiency.
The announcement follows SITA’s recent appointments to work with the Egyptian Airports Company (EAC) and Hurghada International Airport.
