Sponsorship of the Safety & Training Summit 2010 is a comprehensive package consisting of print advertising exposure, web based advertising, and a comprehensive email communications campaign administered over the course of the months leading up to and including on-site signage and personal recognition at the Conference. Each individual marketing element involved represents a minimum of over 700,000 possible exposures leading up to the conference - The associating sponsors will be recognized as a leading resource to the worldwide Safety & Training Community.

Summit Bag Sponsor: $3,750

Upon registration, each attendee will receive a beautiful portfolio bag to carry important materials throughout the summit. Your logo will appear along with the Rotor & Wing logo. You can also include a one-page flyer to be placed in the bag - what exposure!

Summit Portfolio Sponsor: $3,250 for 8 ½ x 11
Notepads will be handed out to every at attendee at registration for use during and after the summit. Your company logo will appear on all notepads and will be a “take-home” must!

Travel Coffee Mug Sponsor: $3,250
Your logo will be on high quality stainless steel coffee mugs distributed to every attendee at the summit.

Aluminum Sports Bottle with Carabineer: SOLD!
Your logo will be featured on an aluminum sports bottle distributed to every attendee at the summit. The bottle comes with a bonus carabineer that allows you to attach it to almost anything.

Summit T-Shirt: $2,500
The official summit t-shirt offers you an excellent opportunity to get your message across during and after the summit. Your company logo will appear on a high-quality t-shirt along with the Rotor & Wing logo and will be handed out to every attendee.

Badge and Lanyard Sponsor: $1,750
Every attendee is required to wear a name badge throughout the summit and lanyards are a great way to enhance your brand and increase your corporate visibility! This is an excellent opportunity to ensure that your company’s name will literally be in front of every summit attendee. Sponsorship includes branded lanyards and badge stock.

Publication Bin: $850
The publication bins will be located in a highly visible area and is a great way to get your publication into the hands of the attendees.
