Does the Safety & Training Summit 2010 offer military discounts?
Yes! Active military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the military discounted rate of $129 for the Early Bird Discount*, $169 for Advance Discount* and $229 for the Onsite Rate. To obtain the military and government rate, simply select the Military/Government pass during the online registration process and please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event. Contractors do not qualify for military discounts.

Exclusive discounts on hotel rates are available at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center, 7800 East Tufts Avenue, Denver, Colorado, USA 80237. The discounted rate for Safety and Training attendees is $124 single/double occupancy.

Hotel reservations can be made by calling (303) 779-1234 and mentioning the Safety & Training Summit. Reservations must be made by May 14, 2010 to take advantage of the discounted rate.

What’s the nearest airport? 
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the closest airport at 24 Miles away.

Exit airport on Pena Boulevard South to I-70 West. Continue on I-70 to I-225 South. Exit 2A (Tamarac/DTC Boulevard) and turn left. Go under Interstate, turn right on Tufts Avenue. Hyatt Regency Tech Center is at the end of the street.

From Denver International Airport (24 Miles):

The Hyatt Regency Tech Center offers several parking options:

Valet Parking
Cost: $18.00 per day, including in/out privileges

Self-Parking
Cost: $5.00 for the first two hours of your visit, $1.00 each additional hour. Maximum charge is $10.00 per day.

Please note, all valet parking is outside. Self-parking is in the covered garage, with a maximum garage clearance is 8’ 2”.

Yes, the Safety & Training Summit 2010 accepts registrations substitutions. Please send substitution requests in writing to Safety & Training Summit 2010, 4 Choke Cherry Road, Rockville, MD 20850 or lfuller@accessintel.com.

How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy? 
The cancellation deadline is March 23, 2010. Cancellations must be made in writing by March 23, 2010 to receive a refund, minus a $75 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to March 23, 2010 will be liable for full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients.
