[Avionics Today 3-16-2015] Panasonic Corp. has announced a new definitive agreement to acquire satellite communications provider ITC Global. Under the terms of the agreement, ITC will operate as an independent unit of Panasonic Avionics, combining the complementary strengths of the two companies as each pursues more expansion into the global aircraft connectivity market.
