POGO Jet, Inc. is postponing the initial public offering of common shares of the company owing to the volatile market conditions. Related Story A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
POGO Jet, Inc. is a development-stage private jet operator with a mission to make on-demand, private air travel more affordable, convenient and easy to use. By leveraging the low purchase price and operating costs of today’s Very Light Jets, POGO intends to dramatically decrease the cost of private aviation. POGO’s management team is led by Robert Crandall, the former president, CEO and chairman of American Airlines. The company expects to launch air service in the second quarter of 2009.
