Mr. Tzur is the executive chairman of Ultimate Aircraft Composites, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ultimate is an advanced composites repair facility, catering to airlines, the military and OEMs. It employs 44 employees. In addition, Mr. Tzur is the CEO of AVbiz LLC. AVbiz provides advisory services to aerospace and defense companies committed to expansion and growth.

Prior to founding AVbiz, Mr. Tzur served as the CEO of Avborne Heavy Maintenance, Inc. n/k/a AAR MIAMI (1998-2002). Avborne is the largest provider of aircraft heavy maintenance in southern Florida. Mr. Tzur joined Avborne (formerly Professional Modification Services) in 1993 as its CFO. At that time, the company had 300 employees and revenues of $23 Million. Mr. Tzur assisted in expanding Avborne into one of the largest third party maintenance providers in the world.

Before joining Professional Modification Services, Mr. Tzur was the general manager of CBM Industries, a management company overseeing the custodial and maintenance contract at Miami International Airport.

Aviv Tzur is the founding chairman of the Miami Dade aviation task force, where he served for nine years. He was elected to the Opa Locka Airport development committee, which advised the Miami-Dade board of county commissioners, on the development of this important General Aviation Airport.

Mr. Tzur holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
