Kuwait Airways has signed a new agreement to acquire 10 A350-900s and 15 A320neo aircraft, Airbus said Monday, Dec. 9.

The Kuwait national carrier is acquiring the aircraft as part of its fleet renewal strategy, expanding its current fleet, which features three A320, three A310, five A300 and four A340 Family aircraft.

“The A350-900 will strengthen our long haul route development whilst the A320neo will further boost our regional route network. These aircraft are an essential part of our ambitious growth plans," said Jassar Al Jassar, acting chairman at Kuwait Airways.
