Gulfstream on Thursday opened a new sales and design center at its Dallas facility, where its mid-sized aircraft customers will be able to see and evaluate paint schemes and cabin interior components.
The facility includes a showroom where G280 and G150 customers can select various interior components using Gulfstream's Designbook mobile visualization application, first launched in 2012.
"This technology enables our Interior Design teams to create a highly realistic rendering of a cabin in real time,” said Tray Crow, director of interior design at Gulfstream.
Crow said the expansion of Gulfstream Dallas was centered around the recent entry-into-service of the super mid-size G280.
