GECAS to Lease Boeing 737s to GOL

GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS) announced a purchase and leaseback transaction with GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A.

GECAS will lease four Boeing 737-800 aircraft to the Brazilian carrier with delivery of the first aircraft expected to be delivered in December.

The two companies did not disclose the financial details of the purchase and leaseback transaction.
