Epic refers to the $2.7 million aircraft as the "most affordable" six-place single engine turboprop in the industry. The company is looking to expand as well as it anticipates good demand for the soon-to-be certified E1000, according to King. Epic is expecting to make the initial deliveries of the E1000 in the second half of 2015.
“Epic Aircraft is growing and actively looking for aviation talent. We expect to hire an additional 100 employees by the end of 2014,” said King.
