TUI Travel PLC financed the transaction for Corsair. The delivery results from the original order placed in 2010, and Corsair said its newest Airbus plane will enter commercial service by the end of November.

"Airbus has worked closely with Corsair and TUI Travel management to ensure the success of this renewal of the Corsair fleet and has been proactive in recognizing and addressing our requirements and developing the business relationship,” said Tom Chandler, director of aircraft acquisition and finance at TUI Travel PLC.
