Gerald Dillingham
Director of Civil Aviation Issues

Dr. Dillingham is currently serving as the Director of Civil Aviation Issues for the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in Washington, D.C. He is responsible for directing program evaluations and policy analysis related to all aspects of civilian aviation, including safety, finance, environment, air traffic control, airport development and international aviation issues. He also served on the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (The 9/11 Commission).
