How much does it cost to attend the RTCA 2011 Annual Symposium?
The RTCA 2011 Annual Symposium has three pricing tiers – Early Adopter, Advance and Regular. Government/Military discounts are available.

How do I register with the RTCA Member Discount?
To register with the RTCA Member discount, you must enter the member discount code when registering. If you are an RTCA Member and would like the member discount code, please contact the RTCA Hotline at +1-301-354-1775 register@RTCA2011Symposium.com.

Does the RTCA 2011 Annual Symposium offer government/military discounts?
Yes! Active military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the government/military discounted rate of $339 if you register before April 27, $359 if you register between April 28 - June 3 and $399 if you register after June 3. To obtain the military and government rate, simply select the option during the online registration process and please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event. Contractors do not qualify for government/military discounts.

What is the dress code?
Business formal is encouraged for all events at the RTCA 2011 Annual Symposium. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: RTCA 2011 Annual Symposium, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or register@RTCA2011Symposium.com.

How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is May 6, 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing by May 6, 2011 to receive a refund, minus a $150 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to May 6, 2011 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this Symposium, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. All refund requests are processed after the event.
