Registration Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation deadline is March 23, 2010. Cancellations must be made in writing by March 23, 2010 to receive a refund, minus a $75 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to March 23, 2010 will be liable for full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. All refund requests are processed after the event.SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: Safety & Training Summit, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or lfuller@accessintel.com.
AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend the Safety & Training Summit.
