| Emergency units were called to the scene of a choking baby. Heavy construction in the area delayed the response of units on the ground. The baby was turning blue from lack of oxygen, so the Huntington Beach Police helicopter crew landed in a confined area, therefore providing immediate first aid and saving the child's life. They were able to arrive 4 minutes prior to any other first responders. | |
