Arizona is looking forward in an effort to reduce the shortage of helicopter pilots, mechanics and engineers, by hosting a Helicopter Day career fair this week at Quantum Helicopters near the Chandler Municipal Airport. Both Helicopter Foundation International and Helicopter Association International are co-sponsoring the fair. Besides looking for work, students can learn about scholarships, discuss career opportunities with on-site companies and FAA representatives and inspect different helicopters that will be flown in for the event.
