Bell’s Drier Named Penn State Lecturer
Penn State’s Aerospace Engineering Department has bestowed its Barnes W. McCormick Honorary Lecturer award on Bell Helicopter engineer Mark Dreier. Established in 2001, the biannual award recognizes Penn State graduates who have achieved technical expertise in aeronautics or astronautics. Dreier’s first lecture took place on September 15, focusing on the subject of vortex ring state.
