HotSeat Heli-Sim Awarded at Summit

Clark Intl Aviation Management’s Jeff Clark received a HotSeat Chassis Pilot Pro Heli-Sim at the Rotor & Wing 2010 Safety and Training Summit. HotSeat CEO Jay LeBoff and Rotor & Wing Publisher Randy Jones presented the winning name—which was selected from a random drawing of summit attendees—at the conclusion of the event. Sikorsky Expands Online Support

Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) has inked an agreement with Jacksonville, Fla.-based Job Performance Associates (JPA) to establish a series of training videos related to Sikorsky technical publications. The web-based job performance aides will incorporate visual learning through demonstrations of various technical procedures.

ALEA Picks AS350 Sim

The Airborne Law Enforcement Association (ALEA) has selected American Eurocopter’s AS350 flight simulator for its Advanced Tactical Flight Officer course. ALEA staff will hold the class at Eurocopter’s training center in Grand Prairie, Texas stating in 4Q10. The trainer will offer tactical flight officer (TFO) and crew resource management (CRM) among its features.
