CAE S-92 FFS Receives EASA Certification
The CAE Brunei Multi-Purpose Training Centre’s (MPTC) new CAE 3000 Series S-92 full-flight simulator (FFS) has received Level D certification from the European Aviation Safety Authority (EASA), the highest qualification for flight simulators, and is now ready-for-training. MTPC is a joint venture of CAE and the Ministry of Finance of Brunei Darussalam.
The CAE 3000 Series helicopter mission simulator features scenarios for helicopter-specific mission training, including offshore oil and gas, Search and Rescue (SAR), and other types of operations. The simulator enables pilots to practice challenging procedures such as low-level flight, confined area operations, autorotation and landing on platforms at sea.
