Navy Designs MH-53E Trainers
The Naval Aviation Training Systems program office has produced a portable desktop trainer (DTT) for Sikorsky MH-53E pilots. The trainer is intended for communication, navigation and surveillance/air traffic management. The DTT simulates MH-53E cockpit components, such as multifunction displays (MFDs), for training instead of using legacy cockpits.
