Rotorcraft Report: Ulan Ude Gains Certification of Academy

TRAINING

The Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant has completed certification of its own training center, the company reports.

It said the Federal Agency for Transport Supervision of the Russian Federation recognized that training center of outfit complies with the federation’s air regulations and laws. The license gives Ulan Ude full rights to offer flight and maintenance personnel new and refresher training on Mi-171s, Mi-8AMTs, Mi-8MTBs and their variants and on main-rotor blade repairs of those helicopters.
