Students Sue Silver State Helicopters

Eighteen student pilots in Arizona have sued Silver State Helicopters alleging the flight training school lacked the resources necessary (helicopters, instructors and flight simulators) to adequately train the 78-person class. The school has been sued before, with plaintiffs raising the level of training provided to students as a basis for the suit. Silver State has been establishing flight schools and commercial flight operations around the country.  Silver State said it has been sued by approximately one percent of its students but could not say how many students have been trained or graduate annually.
