Union: Court to Mediate Dispute with PHI

The PHI pilots union will meet with company officials Dec. 14 at the federal courthouse in Lafayette, La. to iron out their dispute over a return to work offer after the pilots' strike ended last month, according to The Daily Advertiser. The newspaper reports a union memo said a 2-hr telephone status conference held Dec. 4 with the parties and U.S. District Court Judge Rebecca Doherty facilitated an agreement for court supervised mediation.
